Clients may request cancellation before onboarding completion by contacting us through email or phone.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 14 calendar days of written request and based on delivery stage.

Refunds, if approved, are generally returned using the original payment method unless another lawful method is required.

Where appropriate, scope changes or credit adjustments may be offered as an alternative to cancellation.

Customer data provided for setup is retained only as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Records related to billing and service changes are protected using controlled access practices.
